Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals was born when we added a house to the condo we owned  on Anna Maria Island, Florida.

Anna Maria Island is reminiscent of old time Florida, no Big Box stores or restaurant chains and no high rises. It is also blessed with 7 miles of sugar white sand that borders the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our hope is to provide luxurious and comfortable accommodations with a highly personalized experience. Unlike a lot of vacation rentals, we own and manage our properties.

We currently offer Blue Coral Condo, a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo a short stroll to the beach, and Blue Turtle Cottage, a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage a few steps from the sand.
